Lessor software providers Sword Apak has moved its Bristol HQ to a bigger head office within the city, and has planned to recruit an extra 340 staff over the next five years.
The office, based in Yate, Bristol, has greater space, allows all of the company to sit at one site and allows for future expansion.
The firm has 160 staff in the UK with further team members assigned internationally, and it intends to increase headcount across the business to 500 over the next 5 years.
A spokesman for the business said the types of roles to be recruited would be high quality software developers and coders, and support and leadership roles, and that the business is working with universities developing a graduate programme with the possibility of an apprenticeship scheme.
"Sword Apak’s vibrant new office space comes at a very exciting time for the company as we continue to grow globally and we invest in our employees and products to support our valued clients," said Tony Allen, chief executive officer at Sword Apak, "The design echoes our future-facing and innovative business and our commitment to employees to provide them with somewhere truly unique to work, which will enhance internal relationships and communication."
