Leasedrive Velo
Roland McNeil has rejoined the rental
management division of Leasedrive Velo.
McNeil, who previously worked for the
leasing and fleet management company between 2003 and 2007, will
now be responsible for a number of accounts across the UK,
including a major central government contract.

Roddy Graham said: “We are delighted to welcome Roland back on
board after his brief foray into running an aquatics business. He
was a great team player and highly successful new business
winner.”
McNeil’s appointment is the first of
several by the company’s rental management division. The division
is currently recruiting a number of positions including two new
business development managers to strengthen the company.

Fleet software provider epyx has appointed Jon Juxon as
national sales manager for its 1link Disposal Network e-commerce
platform, which is used by leasing companies to sell ex-lease cars
and vans online.
Juxon’s experience in the motor
industry includes roles at AA Business Services and Lombard Vehicle
Management on both fleet and business accounts.
Commenting on his appointment, Juxon
said: “1link Disposal Network is rapidly establishing itself as the
disposal e-commerce platform of choice for the motor industry.
“Use is rapidly gathering momentum and
we are seeing more and more major leasing companies sign up every
month.”
Epyx head of business development Ken
Trinder added: “We have enjoyed an excellent couple of years with
1link Disposal Network and are sure that the arrival of Jon will
help to propel the platform into the next stage of its development
in the market place.”
Citroen UK
Citroen UK has appointed Linda Jackson
as its new managing director. Jackson replaces Gary Savage, who
left in June to head Mercedes-Benz Cars after joining Citroën in
June 2009 from Audi.
Jackson has 33 years’ experience in
the motor industry, most recently as finance director at Citroën
France.
Before that, she held another role at
Citroën UK as financial controller.
Her senior positions included a role
as finance director of Rover France and MD of Rover France.
Nexus Vehicle
Rental
Nexus Vehicle Rental has appointed
Jennie Twist as its group financial controller. A chartered
accountant, Twist trained to be a chartered accountant at Barber,
Harrison & Platt. Prior to joining Nexus, she was audit manager
at Deloitte in Leeds. Nexus Vehicle Rental CEO Neil McCrossan said:
“Jennie will be central to ensuring we continue to perform and
maximise our business opportunities.”
