Leasing and fleet management company Ogilvie
Fleet has selected Jaama’s Key2 internet-based software to manage
its 9,000-strong fleet, it has been announced.
Ogilvie Fleet said it opted to introduce the Key2
system because of its “state-of-the-art technology” and because it
represented “an ideal platform” on which to build future
developments.
Ogilvie Fleet’s MD Gordon Stephen explained that
his company was specifically looking for a “vehicle management
system that would provide interactive access to data and data
management tools for our customers, our suppliers and
internally.”
As part of the deal, Jaama has phased in a range of
additional integrated services for the Stirling-headquartered
company.
These include an internet-based broker quotation
module and a supplier portal facility to allow Ogilvie Fleet
suppliers to rapidly manage vehicle orders and keep clients
informed of the progress of their orders.
