Car finance company ACF Car Finance is
investing in an advanced call centre technology to improve its
customer service operations.

The company, which arranges finance for used cars
for non-prime customers through its network of eight branches
across the UK, said it recently installed a new technology called
Verint Audiolog Voip Recorder at its Chester-based call centre.

The Verint system allows the capturing, storing and
indexing of call centre interactions, and is being installed by
Business Systems UK, which will maintain it and provide onsite
training to staff.

Lorna Rossi, who heads the company’s call centre
and new business operations, said: “By recording essential data,
the software will enable us to improve our service further by
capturing exactly what our customers want and need.”
