Position: Commercial Director – Automotive

Our client is the leading provider in their field from within the Automotive sector. We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead the Client Services and Account Management teams to deliver customer retention and revenue maximisation to their core sector. You will manage and develop a high performing account management function, optimising all cross-selling opportunities and focus on the strategic development of these relationships.
A strong, determined and credible commercial leader with the focus and drive to lead the client management function. Capable of operating effectively in a Board role supportive of others but equally able to challenge the status quo. And as a leader the individual will need to be able to develop and articulate a compelling vision for the strategic development of our client development functions.
Articulate, intelligent and credible with excellent communication and relationship skills to ensure retention of client base, along with strong influencing and persuasive skills to optimise business opportunities. Proven experience of working closely with internal and external teams and able to work cross-functionally within an organisation.
Able to demonstrate a track record of client relationship development at Board level, exceptional service delivery and strong team challenge and support.
