White Clarke Group’s (WCG) CALMS2 dealer front end
system has been chosen by a leading US-based automotive finance
company to be used in eight countries.

The SAP-compliant contract management system, which works with
existing underwriting and payout and activation systems and already
supports 300,000 contracts, will be launched in the UK by the end
of 2011 and is already in use in Brazil.

The system will then be rolled out in Belgium, France, Holland,
Italy, Luxembourg and Sweden in 2012.

“These eight countries represent new opportunities in countries
we don’t have systems in,” said Denise Canvin, PR and events
manager at WCG. “It takes us in to Brazil and brings opportunities
with new auto companies.”

WCG attributes the selection of the CALMS2 system,
over at least 10 others, to its potential to improve penetration
rates and ensure loyalty, its ease of usability, the speed of the
process from input to approval, business dynamic and cost
reduction.

Brendan Gleeson, global sales and marketing director at WCG,
said the company was delighted at being selected, consolidation of
the firm as the “world leader in auto finance business
solutions”.
