Dealers are set to benefit from more accurate repair pricing data through a new data partnership between Stellantis and Digital INNK, the two said in a statement.

The Digital INNK ViSN platform connects dealers and garages with fleets to enable a more efficient and cost-effective repair network. This development will help Stellantis franchise providers select Stellantis national aftersales fleet rates using Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM).

The faster system will increase the accuracy of quoting repairs and speed up jobs by reducing queries and challenges. Each job is automatically populated with the correct OEM-agreed rates for specific repairs.

Darren Pengelly, Head of Retail and Retention at Stellantis, said: “We always welcome ways to make things easier for our retailers and customers to do business and are pleased to see the progress that companies such as Digital INNK are making towards a more customer-centric approach in the fleet market.”

Digital INNK has invested millions of pounds in creating an AI-enabled platform that makes repair work easier and reduces costs for all parties.

The ViSN platform connects drivers and fleets with repairers through a SaaS platform, web link, or mobile application to expedite the booking, repair authorisation, and payment process. Drivers book services, and the platform efficiently locates the nearest and most suitable service centre using advanced algorithms.

Mohammed Imran, Chief Operating Officer at Digital INNK, said: “The popularity of ViSN is growing at pace. The technology provides a much better experience for drivers, fleet operators, and repairers, while our commercial model presents significant cost savings.

“The integration is a significant milestone for the ViSN platform. Working alongside Stellantis UK to incorporate their national aftersales fleet rates in record time showcases the capabilities of our development team. The user interface we’ve built is a testament to our commitment to enhancing user experiences. This milestone is just one of many integrations we plan to roll out in the coming months. We are accelerating our programme to integrate all OEM data.”

Digital INNK recently announced that spending on its platform is increasing by 35% month-on-month as its network of service partners has grown to 6,000 sites across the UK and Ireland.

The data for all Stellantis repairers is now live on the ViSN platform.
