Stellantis Financial Services Europe SA has appointed Raphaële Carreau as its new Head of Insurance. Carreau takes over from Edouard de Lamarzelle and will report directly to Alexandre Sorel, CEO of Stellantis Financial Services.

In her new role, Carreau will oversee insurance operations across all regions and business lines within the Stellantis group. This includes managing the growth of products such as Extended Warranty and Car Insurance.
Carreau, a graduate of KEDGE Business School, joins Stellantis Financial Services from Renault’s banking division, where she most recently served as CEO of Mobilize Insurance.
“Raphaële will leverage her extensive experience in the finance and insurance industry to enhance our services, driving the overall success of our company, while providing our customers with comprehensive insurance solutions that meet their unique needs,” said Alexandre Sorel, CEO of Stellantis Financial Services.
Stellantis Financial Services, established in 2023, was formed through the merger of several banking entities from Stellantis’ automotive brands, including PSA Finance, Vauxhall Finance, and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Automotive Services. The company, which collaborates with BNP Paribas Personal Finance and Santander Consumer Finance, is focused on supporting Stellantis’ transition to electrification and digitalisation, offering clean, affordable, and safe mobility solutions across Europe and South America.
