Korean manufacturer SsangYong will be offering 0% finance packages on their Rodius and Korando models in a promotion running until mid-December.

The Korando EX 4×4 model, and the whole range of Rodius multi-purpose vehicles will be offered on 0% APR with a range of payment plans.

Repayments for the Kerando will start at £169 a month on a 60-month term, with the Rodius at £129 a month.

The finance packages will also come with five years’ free servicing and five years’ unlimited mileage warranty.

The offer makes SasangYong the latest of several brands such as Suzuki, Mazda and Citroën to offer 0% incentives in Q4.

Finance for the brand is operated by GMAC, which began working with the Korean brand in February this year, and whose similar 0% Flexible Finance scheme available on Vauxhall cars has seen the lender in direct competition with Santander Consumer Finance.

SsangYong is aiming to sell 2,500 units in 2012 with the aid of GMAC, representing a 10-fold year-on-year increase in sales, with the Korando crossover being the top-selling model.
