
UK-based Shoreham Vehicle Auctions (SVA) has strengthened its remarketing team with the appointment of vehicle remarketing expert Jon-Paul Paviour.
An experienced vehicle remarketing expert, Paviour will take on auctioneering duties at SVA’s three weekly sales.
Paviour will focus on enhancing relationships with key dealer vendors and buyers throughout the southeast.
He has 24 years in management roles across various automotive remarketing companies and dealerships.
SVA managing director Alex Wright said: “It’s great to have JP join our auction management team at SVA.
“He will bring a wealth of strong industry connections and add a fresh dynamic to support the growth across all areas of our business. We’ve already got some exciting new vendors joining us in 2025 so we’re looking forward to the year ahead.”

In another recent development linked to the industry, Motor Auction Group (MAG) acquired a five-acre site in Goole, Yorkshire for the development of a state-of-the-art light commercial vehicle (LCV) auction centre.
This new facility is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2025.
The site already comprises a substantial office building, refurbishment facilities, electric vehicle chargers, and extensive hard-standing areas that can house more than 600 LCVs.
