Motor finance provider Alphera Financial Services, part of BMW Financial Services, has named Oracle Finance as its Broker of the Year for 2012.
Oracle was cited for its volume commitment and over-achievement of efficiency targets, with Mann Island named as runner up.
The award was presented at the Alphera Forum, which also saw Blade Group Motorcycle Division win Alphera Dealer of the Year 2012, thanks to Blade’s finance penetration, income per retail unit, increasing customer retention and agreement with Alphera Wholesale Commercial Finance.
The forum also invited Alphera’s partners and brokers to discuss developments with the lender and wider car finance industry.
Andy Gruber, director of Alphera, updated attendees on UK performance while Frank Meyer, head of retail finance at Alphera’s Munich office, spoke of the company’s global aims in relation to the worldwide economy.
Industry topics during the day included commission disclosure and technological innovation in the dealer landscape.
