Oodle Car Finance has announced the appointment of Estelle McConnell as its new Head of Sales & Major Accounts.
Estelle McConnell joins Oodle with two decades of experience in automotive finance, having previously held positions at Capital Bank, Secure Trust Bank, and Close Brothers.

In her new role, she will focus on driving the business forward by supporting the commercial and sales teams and promoting the value of Oodle’s market proposition.

McConnell also highlighted her commitment to inspiring other women in the industry. “As a woman in a senior role, I hope to inspire other women to believe that they too can have a fulfilling career in motor finance. When I joined the industry many years ago, there were very few women in the trade. Since then, things have significantly improved, but there’s still some way to go. Oodle truly walks the talk when it comes to diversity and inclusion, which was one of the key factors that attracted me to the company.”
