MOTORS, a car search marketplace, has announced a new partnership with Parkers, further expanding the reach of its multisite advertising service.

Parkers, a UK platform for used car buyers owned by the Bauer Media Group, publishes car reviews, practical advice, valuations and dealer listings.

Bauer Media Group is a trading name of Heinrich Bauer Publishing, a German multimedia conglomerate based in Hamburg.

Parker will now join other MOTORS partners such as Gumtree, eBay, and the recently added Cazoo marketplace app.

Phill Jones, Chief Operating Officer of MOTORS, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Parkers, one of the country’s most trusted automotive B2C brands. This move will give our dealer partners a further opportunity to increase the reach of their listings on one of the country’s best-known destinations for used car buyers.”

Jones highlighted the importance of multisite advertising, citing MOTORS’ research showing that the average consumer visits 4.2 websites during their car-buying journey, according to a survey from November 2023. (Independent research of 3,000 car buyers conducted by Insight Advantage from 31 October to 8 November 2023).

The partnership is expected to enhance the speed-to-sale for dealers.
