Mazda Motors UK has teamed up with Allianz Global Assistance in the UK to extend its Mazda Approved Used Car programme (AUC).
The updated AUC includes increased warranty cover, protection for in-car entertainment and Bluetooth connectivity equipment, and cover for an updated list of MOT failure items, provided the customer has their MOT carried out at an Authorized Mazda Repairer.
David Wilson-Green, Mazda UK Aftersales director, said: "We are providing a financial cushion for MOT repairs, which helps our customers manage their running costs and enrich their ownership experience. Importantly, the AUC re-launch also brings key benefits to our dealers, boosting their aftersales profits by bringing customers back."
Dale Murphy, Mazda warranty account manager at Allianz Global Assistance in the UK said: "By working in close partnership with Mazda UK, we have been able to redesign the existing AUC programme to meet the changing needs of their customers and dealers even more than the previous service. It also maximises profitable aftersales opportunities for the dealer network."
