Audi UK has appointed André Konsbruck as director, replacing Martin Sander from 1 October.
Konsbruck, currently executive director of sales responsible for performance at the German brand in over 40 countries, joined Audi in 1992 and became executive director for the Overseas Region in 2005.
He said: "The UK already ranks as the fourth largest market worldwide for Audi, and its sales are still rising. As our range expands, and our brand image continues to strengthen, I really look forward to continuing the excellent work undertaken by Martin."
After almost two years as Audi UK director, Sander will move into the role of senior director of sales Americas, based in Ingolstadt. He joined Audi 18 years ago and was president of Audi Canada for three years up to 2011.
He said: "I am looking forward to the challenges of the new role and the opportunity to make an even bigger contribution to Audi on our way to becoming the leading premium brand worldwide."
