Online broker Carfinance247 has appointed Matt Heaney as head of sales strategy.
Heaney was previously operations director at CarLoan4U (now Zuto), and has worked in the automotive financial sector for over 15 years.
He has been tasked with increasing efficiency in the sales process as well as managing the implementation of a new CRM system.
Managing Director Reg Rix said: "Matt is a key appointment for us. We wanted an industry expert to drive forward our sales strategy and build upon the remarkable success we’ve seen; his skills are perfectly matched for this demanding role. Having worked in motor finance since he was 16, Matt brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Personally, he is articulate, professional and very analytically-minded, which will add an extra dimension to our existing management team, helping to continue our fast-paced growth and push us on to the next level."
Carfinance247 recorded a turnover of £9.9m for the year ending June 2015. Their turnover nearly quadrupled compared to the previous year, when it stood at £2.6m.
