
Gates Ford, a UK dealership servicing Essex, Hertfordshire, and Greater London, has introduced MAD DEVS’ cloud technology, allowing customers to access and sign documents online.
The dealership, established in 1920, operates nine sites across these regions. The iStoreDOCS platform from MAD DEVS is now being used at Gates Ford’s head office and dealerships. According to a company statement, this technology will assist in tailoring sales to customer needs, including adding financial products and accessories as required.
Simon Dawson, Group Communications Manager at Gates Ford, stated: “The advanced technology available on the iStoreDOCS platform gives us greater flexibility to meet customer needs and provides the sales team with better tools to work more efficiently.
“The team at MAD DEVS has been exemplary through the roll-out of the platform, providing support, training, and a hands-on approach to implementation.” Gates Ford’s customers can now reserve a vehicle for £99 and book a service online. The dealership’s teams handle new, used, and light commercial vehicle (LCV) sales.
