FGA Capital UK, Fiat’s captive finance provider, has changed its name to FCA Automotive UK.
The change is part of Fiat Group’s general move to change its overall corporate identity to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

It follows FCA Bank Spa receiving a banking license in Italy: Bank Spa is the group holding company.
Under its new name, FCA Capital will continue to offer finance for the Fiat Chrysler brands, which also includes Alfa Romeo, Abarth and Jeep.
The company is a joint venture between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and French banking group Crédit Agricole
