Online broker Carfinance247 has launched a new member’s area on its website for customers who have already applied for finance to search for vehicles from one of its accredited dealer partners.
The company said it generates more than 30,000 applications for motor finance per month.
James Weir, business development director at Carfinance247, said: "We’re not trying to be another classified website, we’re helping our customers with the car buying process by introducing them to trusted dealers that we have pre-qualified.
"It’s an added value product to our customers and demonstrates another way we’re leading the market with an innovative use of technology. We don’t charge dealers to advertise on the member’s area, they simply pay per sale"
Weir added that the site was able to track which vehicles customers look at and deliver targeted content and prompts based on search history.
This isn’t the first retail move the broker has made in 2015. In July it bought the domain to Carcraft for an undisclosed sum.
