The Bott Group has purchased Van Guard Accessories, a UK-based company engaged in producing van accessories, security products, and storage solutions.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Bott provides integrated solutions for fleets and trades, offering services from consultation and design to van racking systems, power integration, and vehicle graphics.
By incorporating Van Guard Accessories’ roof storage and security solutions, Bott hopes to be able to improve its service offerings and cater more effectively to the varied requirements of its clientele.
In addition, Van Guard Accessories brings an “established” national customer base and online presence, providing Bott with a route to market for its expanded offerings.
Bott Group CEO Jan Willem Jongert views the acquisition as a natural progression towards the goal of increasing the group’s yearly revenue to €500m ($539.35m) by 2030.

The acquisition also supports Van Guard Accessories’ European expansion, aligning with its long-term growth strategy.
