Black Horse, vehicle finance provider for Lloyds Bank, is working with cap hpi to identify, value and finance motorhomes and caravans.
The work is intended to support the caravan industry by enabling the latest models to be available within the Black Horse point of sale finance system, allowing manufacturers and dealers to generate finance quotations and proposals for customers.
Personnel at cap hpi have worked with manufacturers and dealers to ensure new models are listed on its system. This is the third year that cap hpi has supplied Black Horse with data for new vehicle pricing, vehicle codes and descriptions.
Richard Jones, managing director at Black Horse, said: “We continue to drive innovation in this sector and work with our dealer partners to help them support their customers. We already help almost 16,000 customers buy a caravan or motorhome every year, and our work with cap hpi will enable us to support even more customers into the caravan of their choice.”
Black Horse originally partnered with cap hpi in 2016, for the launch a PCP product for customers looking to buy a new caravan or motorhome.
Mark Turnbull, global head of consulting at cap hpi said: “The data helps Black Horse to support sales across the industry and enables customers to buy their dream caravan or tourer. Great data helps the system to operate efficiently, and it’s important that manufacturers and dealers continue to support the platform with up to date product information.”
