Automotive charity BEN has commended subprime finance and motor retail group ACF Car Finance for its charitable efforts.
As well as one-off money-raising events, ACF also runs a payroll giving scheme, for which it received an award from the Institute of Fundraising.

Jane Whittle, marketing manager at ACF, said the award by BEN had not been expected, although the company was delighted.
Whittle praised the company’s eight-strong charity committee, the enthusiasm shown by all staff and the additional donations made by the directors of ACF in raising money for the four care centres and a day-care centre run by BEN.
