Services is to offer training to dealer and broker partners, aimed
at increasing their customer retention rates.

The free training programme,
introduced following Alphera’s launch of a lead management system
last year, will be provided at multiple locations throughout the
UK.

The aim will be to train
dealers and brokers in applying retention skills to phone
conversations with customers.

Alphera director Spencer
Halil said: “It is important to be able to maximise all
opportunities with existing customers through effective contact
over the phone, resulting in the customer making a visit in
person.”

Beginning in early April and
running through to mid-May, the training will focus on establishing
customers’ current and future buying intentions.

Halil added: “This year, it
is going to be tough to find new customers, so we want to find ways
to help our partners develop their CRM [customer relationship
management], making sure they keep customers coming
back.
