Our client is a well established but growing and highly regarded Financial Services Group with an excellent reputation for providing flexible and innovative lending solutions across a range of markets.
They are looking a Sales Support / Business Development Coordinator to provide an internal office based resource to the field based sales team, acting as an internal liaison between the sales team, Head of Commercial Business and Marketing team, IT team and Client Service team.
The successful candidate will provide a range of reporting to assist the management team in ensuring that KPI’s are reported on and performance is monitored.
You will support the Sales Improvement Manager and Head of Commercial Business through the provision of detailed MI on sales team performance and key broker relationships.

You will also ensure all brokers/business introducers are setup adhering to the correct legal and business processes and then ensure payments are made in accordance with the agreement.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with the ability to work on own initiative and able to prioritise and handle a varying workload within deadlines.
You will have excellent Excel knowledge and understanding of contact management systems, preferably salesforce.com and experience of providing MI.
