UK-based car-changing marketplace Carwow has introduced a new annual accreditation titled ‘Carwow Top Rated’ to recognise retailer partners with outstanding customer service and performance.
This initiative aims to highlight the achievements of a select group of leasing partners and franchise, independent, and direct-to-consumer retailers, who have been active on the Carwow platform for over six months.
As per a MotorTrader.com report, the ‘Top Rated’ accreditation is awarded to retailers with a proven track record in key performance areas such as high conversion rates, rapid response times, and positive customer feedback.
Acknowledging the rise of sustainable transportation, Carwow has introduced a ‘Top Rated EV Retailer’ category to recognise leaders in the electric vehicle market.
In a recent survey, Carwow revealed that 60% of consumers are more inclined to engage with retailers that have earned the ‘Top Rated’ status.
This accreditation provides a significant competitive edge in the automotive marketplace, the company said.
