Bentley Motors, the British luxury car manufacturer, has launched its apprenticeship opportunities, opening 38 vacancies for aspiring individuals.
Coinciding with National Apprenticeship Week, Bentley is encouraging individuals to contribute to the realisation of its ambitious Beyond100 strategy.
The selected candidates will join the workforce of over 4,000 colleagues at the carbon-neutral ‘Dream Factory’ in Crewe. This team is collectively working towards Bentley’s goal of achieving end-to-end carbon neutrality and producing exclusively electric vehicles by 2030.
The 38 available roles focus primarily on electrical engineering, digital software, and project management. Covering levels 2 to 6, the opportunities span various departments, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, HR, IT, and Finance.
The tailored programmes are designed to foster growth, enabling apprentices to develop their skills, pursue externally recognised qualifications, and glean insights from industry experts at Bentley in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Karen Lange, a member of the Board for Human Resources at Bentley, said, “The Bentley Apprenticeship programme is one of the longest-serving and most rewarding programmes in the world and it represents our commitment to nurturing talent and empowering the next generation of visionaries.”
