DWF, the expanding UK law firm, has been recognised for its work in the transport sector by the independent guide to the UK legal market, Chambers UK 2014.
The guide describes the work of partners, Neil Amner and Vikki Woodfine, as having the highest levels of knowledge and expertise in their sectors.
Woodfine, based in Manchester, was noted for her expertise in road regulation for road haulage and logistics.
Based in Glasgow, Amner was recognised for his work in the rail sector. DWF overall was rated in the highest band, Band 1, for its work in the Scottish rail industry.
Nationally DWF won the fourth highest number of rankings of any law firm in the guide, gaining more places than Magic Circle firms (some of the largest and most influential in the industry) and other national and City-based firms.
Matthew Yates, head of transport at DWF said: "The Chambers results demonstrate the professionalism of our transport team and the high regard in which their expertise is held by our clients and the transport industry."
